In 2008, when I still studying in Malacca... That actually is the most epic time and every single time when I look back my own picture... I really really feel so lucky that I can actually lose weight and maintain this my body figure until now.. Here a review for the epic pictures :D

At that time, I like to wear bigger size t-shirt and pants That is one of the reason I don't realize when I'm gaining weight. When the time I realize about it already too late, because it is before chinese new year and I'm trying to get myself new clothes, end up with "sorry, this is the biggest size we have for this design"...
That is what killed me, and make me have the determination to lose weight :) Here I go....

I did gained some weight, but still trying my best to maintain it~ Even I like to tell people I'm on diet, but most of the time I'm having my cheat day...
Is okay for us to have cheat day, as long as not too heavy and try to hit to the gym the next day if you can.. Then cheat day doesn't matter. Recently, I started to visit gym as much as I can and each time minimum workout time will be 1hour and maximum up to 2hours... Normally I just go for the treadmill and elliptical trainer...
I think it is more healthy that if you able to do some exercise regularly. You will feel so hard at the beginning, and for me the first time I went to the gym, I only able to workout for 30-40mins... But your stamina will increase after each time you workout. Try to make your goal more realistic and increasing it slowly. I did increased my goal by increasing workout time by 10mins more and add on 10mins more... So now I can work out for 2hours sometimes.
Other than that, I think it is very important to take care of your diet. What you going to put into your mouth, you should clearly know about the nutrition facts. It's really helps. For me I stopped drinking soft drink few years ago, because even stated fat=0 but bear in mind... sugar intake does caused fat. Soft drinks contained a lot of sugar, so will be cool if you can skip this. Moreover, Malaysian foods seem to be very fattening and oily so it takes effort to take care on the diet plan when you re living in this multi-culture country. What I practice actually is just very simple and easy... I try to skip fried stuffs, curry and try to skip noodles ( because carbohydrate). Breakfast is very important, so try to eat something healthy and less oily for the breakfast. There are few choice for healthy breakfast : such as cereal, oat, or you can have something from subway which their breakfast set serve with cup of coffee :)
Sometimes, this can be my breakfast and also my dinner..
The portion can just let you feel full for a while, normally after that if I feel hungry, I will go for healthy snack or cup of honey milk :)
For me, determination to continue workout come from one self... So I keep telling myself and remind myself with my old "fat" picture. Even currently I'm not really slim and fit, but to compare with the fat annie.. I think is much more better :D Finally, the way to get motivation is to look at pretty girls... I always look at pretty sexy girls that around me, and it's actually lead some people to misunderstand that I'm gay =X Don't worry, I'm not~ I will still look at handsome and hot guys, but just sometimes :P
This is just something that I wish to share out... Doesn't mean to show off or try to act like a pro. =)
