Out of sudden I feel like going home, so I decided to drive home after gym...
I just try to make it as earlier as I can so basically I just shower and pack some stuffs and go... Bought myself sandwich from the petrol station as dinner. Everytime, mummy require me to call her if I'm going home and this time I actually just go without telling her anything :)
When the time I arrived, both of daddy and mummy was still talking about me and asking when am I will make it home... And suddenly, I'm appear.. Can see that both of them very happy and at the same time I'm happy as well!
Spent the night with them :) mo study no stress... ;)

方向?
我真的没有方向,也没有安全感。
最近感到悲伤,因为大学的生活即将过去。
在一起多年的朋友,就要分散,不多不少,接近六年的友谊。。。
一起疯过的日子,就算有时会有误会,庆幸的是大家依然没有放弃我们的友谊。。。
往后的日子,应该很难要在见面,只能深深的在心里祝福彼此,希望往后的路大家都能顺心的走下去,日子再久,只希望我们偶尔能联络大家,再远的地方,相信只要有心我们一定可以再见面!
谢谢你们每一个曾经帮过我的人,我知道自己的问题。。。就是说话就像“泼妇”,不过希望你们会体谅我。。。因为“江山易改,本性难移”,乡下来的我。。就是没有见过世面~
希望你们可以多多包涵~
最近老是看回旧照,因为真的是美好的时光,很怀念也很好笑~
每次都让我开怀大笑!
喜欢拍照的我,莫非就是要抓着那时刻的回忆。。。
所以现在的我,无聊就会回忆过去,想想未来~就算不知道自己要的未来是什么?
不过却能让我暂时忘掉烦恼!

Yummy Foods vs YUMMY mood =D
Whenever talk about food... *drooling* feel =D
The reason I'm on diet, is for me to eat more without gaining weight! LOL! So workout + yummy food, hopefully won't gain weight...
Here comes with the favorite food in the campus that I just found out that they are just really nice with reasonable price =D

This is the chicken Shawarma from Pakistan stall, at the central food court in the campus. RM6 and definitely feel full and satisfy with the taste! Even their plain naan taste nice =D
Normally I will order their lassy or banana milk shake, which just cost RM3 and taste nice! Perfect combination for my chicken shawarma.
Last Monday ( 03 Sept 2012), I went to Tokio Cafe (opposite Oldtown) for VD's belated Birthday dinner with Fiqar. The foods there was nice, is my second time visit. Previously, I tried their Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad. It was very nice and fresh, but there is no photo taken for my salad. Here come the foods that we ordered for the dinner :
Their sandwich is really nice. If you know me well, then you should know that I'm really crazy about sandwich! *Sandwich Lover* I ordered the Ham sandwich which cost RM10.90. Its served with the chips and also some sauce *sorry I don't know what the sauce's name* Pretty nice combination and I think for me the portion is just nice =D
This is their Chicken Cheese Baked Rice with some additional green color spices that make it taste nice.
This taste more or less same with the baked rice just with lesser taste of cheese and it was pasta. Which actually taste yummy and even the look of the pasta make you *drooling* If not mistaken each of them cost RM12.90 -RM14.50 (I can't remember the exact price)
Last but not least, this is the "dessert" we ordered =D Looked like a pizza, but it actually made by toast with yummy chicken, cheese and vegetable that similar with typical pizza. Taste nice but the portion is really small, it is actually the starter =D
Cost: RM4.90
The environment of the cafe is nice that make us feel comfortable and enjoyed our dinner and chilling time. Other than that, the cakes that they served there looked really attractive and nice. I heard the reviews of the cakes there was nice, but the price for the cake actually is a little bit pricey. After the dinner, we moved to starbucks for coffee chilling time. Is my first time to have my drink there, I love the environment because it is not too crowded compare to others Starbucks outlets =) I did actually spend some time to do my work and chilling over there.
Sorry for the bad photography's skill. The smallest was espresso, then right hand side was the cappuccino without sugar and caramel macchiato for the left hand side =)
Enjoyed the coffee very much with the friends and we did took some pictures together =D

Realize =)
From a little talk with my friend that actually make me realize about that little thing...
Recently, I keep complaining that I got no dress to wear for outing and even said that I don't want to wear the same dress again. Why actually people care? The possibility to care due to the reasons of :
If you are on my facebook, most probably you can see I have a lot of pictures that I'm wearing the same outfits... But who cares? As long as I looked nice =D *Syok sendiri*
Recently, I keep complaining that I got no dress to wear for outing and even said that I don't want to wear the same dress again. Why actually people care? The possibility to care due to the reasons of :
- some people might scare that people will think that I'm not affordable to buy new dress --> Yeah! I got no money to buy new one, will you buy me a new one?
- Is that she got no others dress, so she keeps on wearing the one? --> hell yeah! Can this dress be my favorite dress that I really like it and wanna wear it for every single outing till I get bored? =P
I don't care so much, as long as I like it... I feel comfortable to wear it just wear it as I want =) The value of the dress doesn't depends on the price, but it depends on how well you utilize it =) If you bought a dress and just wear it for few times, hell yeah! You re wasting your money. (This I learned from one of my guy friend, he told me so and I agreed).

Diet ???
Recently, I have an idea about diet... WHY actually we want to have diet plan? To lose weight just for certain period ? I don't think that would actually works for long term, maybe it will works for only short term. Obviously, that is not what we want... So I think for someone to lose weight, actually you should change the lifestyle and maintain it for long term. It will actually help you more compare to just follow some sort of diet plan >.<
In 2008, when I still studying in Malacca... That actually is the most epic time and every single time when I look back my own picture... I really really feel so lucky that I can actually lose weight and maintain this my body figure until now.. Here a review for the epic pictures :D

Here you can see how FAT am I... yeah! 75kg tho! Was my nightmare ever... >.<
At that time, I like to wear bigger size t-shirt and pants That is one of the reason I don't realize when I'm gaining weight. When the time I realize about it already too late, because it is before chinese new year and I'm trying to get myself new clothes, end up with "sorry, this is the biggest size we have for this design"...
That is what killed me, and make me have the determination to lose weight :) Here I go....

I did gained some weight, but still trying my best to maintain it~ Even I like to tell people I'm on diet, but most of the time I'm having my cheat day...
Is okay for us to have cheat day, as long as not too heavy and try to hit to the gym the next day if you can.. Then cheat day doesn't matter. Recently, I started to visit gym as much as I can and each time minimum workout time will be 1hour and maximum up to 2hours... Normally I just go for the treadmill and elliptical trainer...
I think it is more healthy that if you able to do some exercise regularly. You will feel so hard at the beginning, and for me the first time I went to the gym, I only able to workout for 30-40mins... But your stamina will increase after each time you workout. Try to make your goal more realistic and increasing it slowly. I did increased my goal by increasing workout time by 10mins more and add on 10mins more... So now I can work out for 2hours sometimes.
Other than that, I think it is very important to take care of your diet. What you going to put into your mouth, you should clearly know about the nutrition facts. It's really helps. For me I stopped drinking soft drink few years ago, because even stated fat=0 but bear in mind... sugar intake does caused fat. Soft drinks contained a lot of sugar, so will be cool if you can skip this. Moreover, Malaysian foods seem to be very fattening and oily so it takes effort to take care on the diet plan when you re living in this multi-culture country. What I practice actually is just very simple and easy... I try to skip fried stuffs, curry and try to skip noodles ( because carbohydrate). Breakfast is very important, so try to eat something healthy and less oily for the breakfast. There are few choice for healthy breakfast : such as cereal, oat, or you can have something from subway which their breakfast set serve with cup of coffee :)
Sometimes, this can be my breakfast and also my dinner..
The portion can just let you feel full for a while, normally after that if I feel hungry, I will go for healthy snack or cup of honey milk :)
For me, determination to continue workout come from one self... So I keep telling myself and remind myself with my old "fat" picture. Even currently I'm not really slim and fit, but to compare with the fat annie.. I think is much more better :D Finally, the way to get motivation is to look at pretty girls... I always look at pretty sexy girls that around me, and it's actually lead some people to misunderstand that I'm gay =X Don't worry, I'm not~ I will still look at handsome and hot guys, but just sometimes :P
This is just something that I wish to share out... Doesn't mean to show off or try to act like a pro. =)
